Out of sight for most people, groundwater is an underappreciated resource. But it isn’t just an important source of water, it also provides a wealth of interesting projects to work with.

I am developing new and innovative ways to communicate groundwater remediation progress using contaminant plume data.

I love that hydrogeology is interdisciplinary provided that the groundwater environment is influenced by the geomorphology, geography, and geology of any area. This makes hydrogeology a fascinating career.  

In collaboration with universities, I am assisting graduating students in understanding how their studies can be applied to “real-world” challenges.

I enjoy the collaborative effort to turn the invisible water beneath our feet into a visible system that we can model and make predictions about to support our clients’ needs.

Using WSPs volunteer days, I am raising awareness with younger generation through talks and demonstrations at local schools.
