She has expertise in soil and nutrient management, highly productive land and farm systems, making her an asset for projects involving complex agricultural and environmental challenges.

KYLE WILLS

Kyle Wills has practical and system experience on most farming systems with an in-depth understanding of fertility and farm management. He specialises in the integration of trees on farm, researching and designing agroforestry systems to meet a specific of on farm needs. Kyle also has experience in forestry, ecology and problem solving.

Dr ISTVAN HAJDU

Istvan Hajdu is a Chartered Geographer (CGeog | GIS) with specialism in geospatial data and technologies and over 10 years of experience. At WSP,
Istvan leads the delivery of core geospatial services focusing on environmental applications. He integrates diverse data types using robust workflows, QA processes, data engineering practices, spatial data infrastructures, and science communication. Proficient in GIS and geoanalytics, he translates complex workflows into meaningful information through the integration of digital solutions and data science.

Archie Woodhouse has experience across the New Zealand agriculture sector at both practical and strategic levels, with a strong focus on clearly interpreting and communicating farm systems and operational for a wide range of stakeholders. He brings understanding of farm systems and land use change, supported by GIS capability and experience in agronomic soil assessment. Archie’s work focuses on helping stakeholders make informed, data‑driven decisions to optimise land use and soil performance.

Aimee Dawson has over 10 years’ experience in the rural sector focusing on soil, nutrient management, and people leadership.
