  • Job Objective: - To generate placement leads, organize, and execute activities for placement and post-placement tracking of trainees.
  • Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Interacting and exploring the possible opportunity of placement across the projects.
    • Understanding the complete Employers requirement and customizing solutions accordingly.
    • Coordinate with the employers and centres to ensure flawless interview process
    • Coordinate with centre placement / student for placements along with placement coordinators for the project.
    • Ensure lining up of candidates for interviews scheduled by employers.
    • Maintain, Manage, Segregate & map Existing available pool of candidates against particular job/profile with project team.
    • Managing student database with MIS and project team.
    • Maintaining records of profiles and number places with MIS team.
    • Staffing of Placement coordinators for projects.
    • Ability to get tie-ups done for pre-placement with various Organizations.
    • Generate Placement opportunities for candidates completing the programs.
    • Maintain relationship with existing accounts and explore opportunities of introducing new models or placing more students.
    • Generate Openings and ensure to place all the students completing Organization programs.
    • Looking after placement and post-placement activities of students
    • Liasoning with industry for placement of candidates
    • Working in consultation with industry and academia experts and organizing activities like guest lectures, industry visits, On the job training etc. for employer engagement to facilitate interaction of candidates and employers
    • Collecting and recording employer’s feedback
    • Arranging pre-placement activities like interview preparation, resume preparation, soft-skills and presentation skills
    • Organizing placement drives to facilitate placement of candidates
    • Organizing special workshops like entrepreneurship workshops, as per needs and requirements of candidates
    • Assisting individuals to develop employment plans based on appraisal of aptitudes, interests and personality characteristics.
    • Ability to interact and motivate trainees either directly or with placement coordinators.
    • Strategize and achieve successful career outcomes for the batched through a robust campus/ online / placement mela recruitment process.
    • Achieve individual targets assigned for the annual recruitment process, internships, and live projects.
    • Convert new accounts through structured market outreach.
    • Plan and engage with corporates for strategic activities including guest lectures, panel discussions, workshops, competitions, etc.
    • Manage and support candidate career services, including career counselling, grooming, and helping in the preparation of candidates for facing interviews.
    • Work with key stakeholders including Alumni, Faculty, Administration, and other Technopak division teams to achieve larger institutional objectives for placements.
    • Well networked in the corporate HR community. Experience in working with senior professionals in HR and functional leaders, having a track record of closing the deals.
    • Create new placement partner’s basis placement target across projects and managing existing placement partners for repurchase of placements, internships
    • Corporate Engagement activities like Guest Lectures, Student Trainings, Conclaves, Workshops etc.
    • Support other team members wherever required.

Qualifications/Must have

  • General Reporting requirements:

  • Desirable Qualification: -
