About the Role

  • Role Purpose: Ensure practice growth by managing client project delivery and project revenue.

    Project Delivery -

    • Manage and contribute to consulting assignments through project conceptualization and delivery plan
    • Work on jobs/tasks that contribute towards providing client superior solutions and results
    • Ensure practice growth by managing client project delivery
  • Business Development & Service Development -

    • Contribute to the repository of consulting processes and knowledge bank
    • Read and keep updated on developments in sector/ expertise area/responsibility
    • Responsible for business development and revenue generation for the practice
    • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of organization’s business and market characteristics
    • Identify and generate leads
  • Project and Client Management-

    • Ensure proper work allocation and engagement for the team
    • Evaluate the financial aspects of projects, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
    • Manage client relations, client calls and build business pipeline
  • Firm Development and Management-

    • Guide and mentor the practice team and help them grow and deliver quality outputs
    • Create market opportunities for all the services offered by Technopak
    • Participate in industry forums/ Public speaking/ writing articles / conducting workshops for clients and associates/ lecture at institutes we recruit from

Qualifications/Must have

  • Education: B.Tech. in Textile Technology, B.Tech. with MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Garment Manufacturing Technology.
  • Experience: 3-5 Years of relevant experience with leading consulting companies, leading buying/export house, garment manufacturing companies
  • Knowledge areas & Skills:
    • Technical/Functional Knowledge
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Good at formulating business strategy and business planning
    • Experience in Business Process Improvement
    • Good at managing team
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, written & presentation skills
    • Should be open to travel on job assignments and spend extended periods away from home base or at client site
