  • Strong, demonstrable marketing experience 
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills

  • Ownership of the South Asia field marketing plan designed to deliver revenue, customer volume and engagement KPIs. 
  • Develop data acquisition, nurturing & targeting strategies aligned to key personas (Decision Maker and Influencer roles) which progress target accounts through the funnel. 
  • Working closely with Planning, execute multi-channel go-to-market activities (campaigns, content, launches) in alignment with key persona needs and commercial strategy. 
  • Be the voice of marketing in the region, ensure the commercial team are equipped with the right ‘on-brand’ collateral, briefed about marketing strategy and activities and energised about them.
  • Identify, develop and manage local external partnerships to grow awareness and generate leads in the region. 
  • Identify opportunities to raise the profile of the brand regionally and manage relationships and related day-to-day activities on the ground. 
  • Plan and execute customer and press events including speaker recruitment in close collaboration with the Content and central Marketing teams.

PRE-SALES SUPPORT
- Qualify new leads within Salesforce
- Support sales team to schedule new appointments
- Help to prepare personalized follow-up information to nurture existing leads
- Ensure Salesforce is kept up to date on leads and contacts for prospect accounts
- Conduct market research where required to identify new sectors, companies and contacts
- Build out target contact lists through tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
- Meet activity KPIs on lead qualification, calls, meeting bookings, new contacts added to Salesforce
- Support with marketing activities from campaign follow-up, localized tactics and events

EVENT FOCUS

- Research potential sponsors and build out target list for the sales teams
- Follow-up on engaged leads around the event from content downloads and email activity
- Work closely with the sales team to call into targets for delegate tickets
- Adapt marketing materials/arguments to support sales with ticket and sponsorship opportunities

  • 5+ years of Relevant experience
  • Graduate/Post Graduate preferred
