Technopak has been involved in numerous projects with apparel manufacturing companies across Asia and Africa. Our apparel footprints include work done by us in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, China, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Senegal, Russia among others. Over the last 26 years, Technopak has focused upon developing skill levels for senior, middle as well as operators through a combination of classroom and shop floor training. The skill development process is based upon scientific training methods developed as a part of AAMT® (Advanced Analytical Methods of Training) training program. We are also working with the Government of India into the Skill Development Domain
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Drive the head-hunting process and sourcing good candidates via various platforms
Meet or exceed targets
Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for recruitment
Coordinate with Business Managers in terms of handling the entire recruitment process (scheduling interviews, taking feedback post interviews etc.)
Manage contract negotiations
Close all the open positions within the recruitment TAT
Responsible for joining formalities of New Joiners, Database creation and smooth handholding, Issuing of offer/Appointment letters.
Conducting employment reference checks and leading the entire process
Training & Induction for New Joiners.
Leave & Attendance Management
Payroll Management
Driving employee engagements initiatives by maintaining high level of people connect
Handling employee grievances & effectively addressing their concerns.
Help in streamlining organizational HR processes and drive improvements
