REX CORLETT

Rex is a chartered professional engineer specialising in rural infrastructure, particularly in the development and  management of water and civil projects. His civil engineering experience developed over his extensive career  includes; small dams, water storage, wetlands, concrete structures, farm effluent systems and irrigation, and the  management of contracts to successfully deliver these.

AIMEE CALKIN

Aimee has a broad educational background in hydrology and environmental and water resources science. Aimee’s key skills are in catchment hydrology including geospatial analysis, environmental database management, rainfall and flood analysis. Her technical experience extends to hydrometric database management and quality assurance including Hydro Electric Power Scheme (HEPS) analysis. More recently, Aimee’s Masters research in Water Resource Management focuses on land use change on the margins of Aotearoa’s braided rivers.

Dana Angulo Gomez recently joined WSP as a Graduate Consultant. Her background includes a Bachelor of Science majoring in Environmental Science and an internship working as Environmental Technician testing for airborne particles.

SAM CHRISTIANSEN

Sam has over 10 years’ experience in environmental management, project management and resource consenting and has a practical knowledge of operating and maintaining wastewater treatment plants. He creates successful environmental management plans as well as developing and implementing environmental monitoring systems, ensuring compliance. Sam has previously project managed wastewater treatment, irrigation systems and riparian planting projects, and has developed a long-term wastewater strategy for a Waikato dairy processing site, which was implemented across 8 years taking the site from untreated wastewater irrigation to a near-drinking water, dual discharge to land and river.

Andy has 20+ years of experience as an Engineering Consultant with expertise in rural infrastructure, three waters design and is a Chartered Professional Engineer in the practise field of Water Engineering. Andy’s main focusses are on team leadership, quality assurance and problem solving as well as delivering technical projects and producing technical reports. Andy has a passion for sharing of knowledge, mentoring and development of others.
