About the Role

  • Manage and contribute to consulting assignments through insightful analysis, modelling and innovative solutions & discussions 
  • Work on jobs/tasks that contribute towards providing superior solutions and results to clients
  • Read and keep updated on developments in sector/ expertise areas and identify new clients/leads
  • Assist in business development activities of the company by preparing project/work proposals
  • Contribute to the repository of consulting processes and knowledge bank 
  • Work in collaboration with team members and practice in delivering client assignments and ensure superior deliverables 
  • Allocating work responsibilities and monitoring progress and quality of project/work delivery 
  • Manage client relations and build business pipeline  

Qualifications/Must have

  • MBA/ PGDM/ Equivalent Master’s Degree in Agri-Business/ Marketing/ Agri Marketing/ Agri Economics/ Rural Management/ Food Technology from Recognized Institute/ University. Graduation with Food Technology/ Food Processing is a must. 
  • At least 8 years in similar field. Must have completed 2-3 cycles of product development of cereals or cereals based edible products. Should be well versed with business planning, sales, and marketing. Must have successfully led a team in past w.r.t product development and its marketing
