  • Drive the head-hunting process and sourcing good candidates via various platforms
  • Meet or exceed targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for recruitment
  • Coordinate with Business Managers in terms of handling the entire recruitment process (scheduling interviews, taking feedback post interviews etc.)
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Close all the open positions within the recruitment TAT
  • Responsible for joining formalities of New Joiners, Database creation and smooth handholding, Issuing of offer/Appointment letters.
  • Training & Induction for New Joiners.
  • Leave & Attendance Management.
