About the Role

  • The MIS Manager will closely work with Field, OPS, Accounts & Finance & Quality team members within the along with TPs 
  • Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS) 
  • Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner
  • Develops documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance 
  • Provide recommendations to update current data architecture to improve reporting efficiency and consistency 
  • Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis 
  • Develop MIS systems / dashboards for client & senior management and for internal communication
  • Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team 
  • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed 
  • Understand issues and problems with data and provide appropriate solutions 
  • Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Participate in functional meetings with NSDC / SSC & State Missions to learn new concepts
  • Resolve portal issues with NSDC / SSC & State Missions. Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution 
  • Coordination with project Team for data collection 
  • Organization & maintenance of project documents 
  • Preparation of draft letters and other correspondences as and when required 
  • Correspondences with Government agencies, partner factories and certification agency 
  • Coordination with vendors, partners and project staff for obtaining information as and when required 
  • Coordination with Accounts department for timely release of payments 
  • Updation of master MIS based on weekly reports 
  • Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports and raise red flags 
  • Preparation of reports and presentations as and when required 
  • Maintain the central databases, ensuring that both project and candidate data is held securely, with integrity and meets all regulatory and statutory requirements. 
  • Manage and deliver timely and reliable information in accordance with agreed plans and schedules, including reports from across all training centres. 
  • Manage visits from internal/external auditors being point of contact for all NSDC / SSC auditors, providing accurate and timely information and carrying out any necessary follow ups. 

Qualifications/Must have

  • Education: Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline 
  • Experience: Atleast 6+ years in similar field. Exposure of working with NSDC/ SSC – PMKVY, DDU-GKY MIS and Skill projects with ministries. English – Communication skills should be good
