As Arizona’s largest urban freeway reconstruction project to date, the WSP team has worked to involve and inform the thousands of members of the public, businesses, residents, and local, state and federal partners, that rely on Interstate 10 as a critical transportation connection, throughout the project process from environmental scoping through design and construction.

The Walk Bridge Program is a series of significant railroad infrastructure projects along the Northeast Corridor, highlighted by the replacement of the Walk Bridge — a 125-year-old moveable railroad bridge located in downtown Norwalk. The WSP CPI team manages all public engagement activities for this mega project, coordinating with federal, state, city and local stakeholders during all phases of the program.

In response to Oregon’s catastrophic 2020 Labor Day wildfires, WSP worked with state, federal and local partners to manage public information for the largescale cleanup, supporting communities and survivors as they looked to turn the page towards long-term recovery.

Florida's Turnpike Enterprise is comprised of the Turnpike and statewide toll operations across the 511-mile system. The WSP Communications and Public Involvement Practice (CPI) is responsible for managing all public communications for the Turnpike, conveying a variety of messages to customers and stakeholders and managing inquiries related to construction, maintenance, planning, design, travel conditions, tolling and more.
